Thinkers and believers.

Delhi is kicking its beggars out to look clean...you guessed wrong..I am not gong to cry human rights or say it is wrong. Preposterous, "this asshole has to be a dangerous Nazi for he is armed with a completely different opinion of his own", thinks the lawyer who says she has been with crackpots since her very childhood, a free(lancing) journalist and other very important and perfectly normal people of the society. It is inhumane, says me too...but is it right? "Is that a question? if it's inhumane its got to be wrong, my dad says so..everyone says so, smart people know that the majority is always right".
But, the asshole who owns the space on this blog would like to shit some thought. Humanity is a personal opinion, an inclination that looks good, struggle for survival is a rule of nature. So the weak and unproductive must go, for vegan pacifists if you are looking for a green solution..elimination of the weak is nature's answer. Once again humanity certainly has a happily ever after feeling to it..but one should not make a vain attempt to propound rationales for it.

green white sulfur

“Nivea Soft-skin Lotion is now Rs 89 onwards”, well Rs 89 don’t matter to some and to some Rs. 89 is all that matters, but to both of these people the lotion matters a lot. But to a very thin number of people with really sensitive skin what truly mattered was the documentary that was being interrupted by this commercial. “The tigers of Sarika were vanishing” and certainly for the Soft skin populace of India what’s the big deal in that? Most of India is vanishing…. Into thin air my friends, just like the Air France sparrow that went missing over the Atlantic amidst the noise of all the modern technology.
The drums of modernization are played out so loud that at times I felt shy and suspicious of being watched by some American satellite while relieving my holy waters into the commode at mornings.
Its funny how pictures get sharper the farther you move, back at College Comfortably Numb was taken as the anthem of the dopers. Then life taught me to keep quite, be happy, stay numb or die screaming…
The wails at home make no sound, all ears are turned to West
Where the green paper lures the moth to the opportunist’s nest.
Then I tried the best I could to burrow myself a hole
To slither and hide but I realized I wasn’t born a mole.
The biggest problem is the spine on my brown Indian back
Sorry earthworm friends of mine I can’t crawl in your crack.
Green safron white and flame......

Truly Mine

Constable Consciousness is on a spiritual vacation, so Cinderella Free-Mind takes time from shining society’s boots and picks out her dancing shoes. Its liberty at the price of a beer, I’m on a talking spree today!!!
They called me to come to the US, where all of us Shopping Mall population were scheduled to have taken birth before the world moved a bit Westward and we touched ground on the wrong nation. So what? we wear denim and sneakers to formal occasions as weddings and “..muh..” buddy even speaks good Nigger lingo to impress the “..sistahs..”. We are almost “Them” as much as any slum-hunk here is Hrittik Roshan in his hand made worn-outs and Rs. 20 goggles.
“..We Rock it...” when we are happy and we “..Shit..” when we are sad. So much on the expressions department… who cares investing on the mother tongue when just two words take care of all the happiness and excitement of your life?

So I was looking forward to the trip as a cuckoo’s pilgrimage from the crow’s nest and went to this place where they mint passes called the VISA. The white gentle man behind the counter there, who wore full sleeve shirt and cotton trousers on formal occasions, quizzed me in an air of arrogance “..What makes you want to come to My country?”
A baffled moment of shame my friends: for a quarter century I never realized the pride in this simple expression called My .....

Colours shine on you

For a change I am going to give you folks out there a bit of a different myself..
Back in 1984 we had one of those mammoth televisions that worked on knobs and had B/W chased on its metallic front plate. Things were pretty everyday around me, till I was given to understand that the B/W sign was a caution against discovering anything beyond black and white in those pictures. It was preposterous since I could see green, yellow and other wonderful hues amidst the insipid shades of grey.
I knew the story of the "The Emperor's New clothes" and so did all other people who took a certain amount of pity that I saw things differently. The scientific community has a term for my malady and the medical fraternity views me as a handicap. It was just the beginning of a journey called realization. I later learnt that a handicap isn't always person of limited abilities but are basically people who don't conform to the standards of average laid by the society. So who are the terrorists and who are artists? Well both are handicaps, while one group is more action less thought the other is more thought and less action.
Coming back to me: my world is a bit more green and a bit less red. I pity folks who can't notice beyond whats shown and seek for naive colors in the canary yellow of Vincent's canvas !!
Guess the tone stayed sarcastic after all....

salam e SLUM

As I was saying (what somebody else also said..) we are orgiastically drawn to pain and poverty. "Slumdog Millionnaire" gets the movie noble. To give you the idea of the status of a slum lets look at the nominees this year.
Vicky Cristina Barcelona. ..: show cases Phenolope trademarked boobs and Woody Allen's thoughtlessness. Ben Buttons features Brad to deliver it from the Pitt of anonymity...and the Oscars proudly announces the Slum as the Indian celebrity of the year...
Look Mummy they have finally realized that we are shining!!!

Deflating inflation

Globalization reminds me of our the dorm life at IIT Kanpur. One guy in block A catches chicken pox and every other guy till block H follows suit. But disparity starts a bit later down the line when you realize that while pox and measels are for free public distribution, the box of tempting dark Swiss chocolate is a strictly personal asset and cannot be shared without the owner's prior consent. Similarly our Uncle Sam in star and stripes catches the inflation measles and its out to the world for free distribution, but big daddy has oil too, pools of it, but that's out of bounds for you sweet hearts. This unique blend of socialism and imperialism is the secret of a successful GLOBAL inflation.
As usual inflation in US is making new headlines on BBC: "Forehead scratching among American public shoots a record high due to inflation." I mean how could you overlook such an issue..after all the British has always been faithful allies of the US, with an obsequiously higher stress on being "faithful" than on "allies".
The news is grim worldwide and incidents of job-cuts is creating quite a stir..and curiously more so among the unemployed. The super salvager MBA is not doing very well either. When there is hardy any news to make..make a life out of breaking the news. We have a fetish for bad news...we like to live in the constant thrill of an impending terror. Just look at the popularity of horror movies and psycho flicks...The inflation brings with it a treasure trove of bad news to keep your mornings exciting for days to come....a nice time for my journalist friends who report the truth....nothing but the truth..howsoever disturbing it is..(and preferably so).
